1:1 Coaching
Your teen will learn emotional regulation skills, social skills, and executive functioning skills in-person or through virtual 1:1 sessions.
Social Groups
Weekly meetings with similarly aged-peers to build self esteem, confidence, social skills, and build meaningful friendships. Group activities are designed with your child in mind.
Yoga
Release your stressors and connect with your breath and body during 1:1 yoga or group yoga. Flows can be done in our locations or at yours!

About Michelle Gaudet
Michelle is trained as an Elementary Education Teacher, School Counselor, Parent Coach, and Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst. She has been working with kids, teens, young adults, and their parents for over 30 years, offering an array of social, emotional, behavioral, and executive functioning therapy services and coaching.
Michelle has been a Massachusetts gal her entire life! She grew up in Quincy, where she met and married her husband, Rich, and together raised their two children in Medfield. Michelle and her family are currently enjoying life together in Bellingham. Her sons have now grown into young adults and are accompanied in the house by a furry, rambunctious puppy named Beau! On her days off, you can find Michelle practicing yoga as a now Certified Yoga Teacher, enjoying nature with her dog, and trying new hobbies like knitting.
